LOS ANGELES, CA — Sidley Austin LLP announces that Andrea Lucan is now a partner at the Los Angeles office. She will be working in the Energy, Transportation, and Infrastructure Group. She comes to Sidley after leaving Allen & Overy where she served as the Office Managing partner in Los Angeles. Her former partner Greg Lavigne has also joined Sidley in the New York office.
Ms. Lucan’s work in renewable energy has been praised for its success. Ms. Lucan provides advice to clients on project development, financing, mergers and purchases, equity and loan financing, power purchase agreements, and equipment purchase and sales agreements. Her practice is focused on companies involved in the construction, operation, and development of solar, wind, energy storage and alternative energy projects.
