Mr. Robison is the managing partner for Bradley’s Birmingham Office and a member in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. He advises private companies, private equity funds, and their operating companies on formation, mergers and purchases, joint ventures, and corporate finance transactions. He represents publically traded clients in these matters, as well securities offerings, divestitures and proxy contests.
