NEW ORLEANS (LA)–Fishman Haygood LLP is happy to welcome Anne W. Boudreaux as an associate in its New Orleans office.
Anne’s practice is primarily focused on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Before joining Fishman Haygood she was a lawyer in Baton Rouge and helped a number of clients with general contract negotiations.
She earned her magna cumlaude law degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University (LSU). She was the Senior Editor of the LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Anne earned her bachelor’s degree from LSU in Accounting before she entered law school.
