Hoobesh Kumar Dookhy, a bartender who was in his early twenties at the time served alcohol to Jane Doe and her cabinmate that night. He held onto the key to their room to pay for drinks and entered the room when both had fallen asleep. Dookhy allegedly sexually assaulted the plaintiff when she awoke. The incident took place on or around the evening of 5 May 2023.

Jane Doe became pregnant as a direct result of the sexual attack. She was then forced to terminate her pregnancy, which led to serious complications. The plaintiff suffered injuries in her extremities and body, as well as emotional and mental pain. She also experienced humiliation and embarrassment.

She will incur future medical expenses, including counseling and treatment for mental and physical health. These expenses are reasonably certain. Jane Doe is likely to continue to suffer and incur these damages, as they are permanent.

We request a judgment in her favor in the case of CLASSICA (aka- Margaritaville At Sea’), and demand a jury trial for compensatory, punitive, and other damages, as well as costs in this case, in excess of $75,000.00, exclusive of costs, interest, and attorneys’ fees.
