Baker Donelson was one of 55 U.S. law firms recognized for their level of transparency in diversity metrics, as well as their distinguished performance across six core pillars. These include: Demographics, Leadership and Talent Pipeline, Recruitment and Retention, Business Innovation and Strategy, Marketing, and Diversity and Inclusion within the Community.
