NATIONAL-Baker Donelson was named a winner of the Compass Award by The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. This award recognizes law firms and corporations that have a strong commitment towards building more diverse organizations, and a more inclusive profession.

Baker Donelson is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees. Baker Donelson, in addition to its ongoing D&I efforts has also implemented a D&I Compact. Baker Donelson is a member the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance, (LFAA), a group of over 200 leading law firms in the country that focuses on using private bar resources to support legal service organizations in advancing their missions to remove barriers to opportunity in communities. It is also a member Out Leadership, which is the largest and oldest global alliance of companies working for equality in LGBTQ+.
