NASHVILLE (TN)–Baker Donelson launched an Artificial Intelligence Team. The team is a multidisciplinary group consisting of attorneys with extensive experience in AI-based technology and specific industry experience.
Baker Donelson’s AI Team, led by Andrew J. Droke, CIPP/US, a Shareholder in the Firm’s Nashville Office, is comprised of attorneys from various practices within the Firm, such as Technology, Data Protection, Privacy and Cybersecurity, Intellectual Property, Labor & Employment, Health Care, and Advocacy. The AI Team members work regularly with clients across industries on a variety of issues, including transactional, labor, employment, regulatory compliance and litigation.
Baker Donelson’s AI Team advises companies who are developing AI-based technology, as well those who are deploying this tool and are looking to understand legal implications and risk management strategies.
