Banca Finint is the leader of the consortium, which also includes Delfin Holding and Invitalia’s Safeguard Fund. Through Za-Fin, entrepreneurs Luigi Rossi Luciani, and Bruno Zago are also included. The deal will see the consortium acquire Ideal Standard’s Borgo Valbelluna production facility, along with the historical ‘Ceramic dolomite’ brand, and other assets.
