ATLANTA, GA – Barnes & Thornburg has announced the addition of John J. Ginley III as well Marc R. Bulson to the Atlanta office. Ginley and Bulson come to the firm from one of Atlanta’s five largest law offices.
Ginley focuses his practice in real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, financings preferred equity transactions, leasing commercial properties, and mergers and acquisitions of real estate investment trusts (REITs).
Bulson represents clients at virtually all stages in real estate development including acquisition, disposition and financing.
