ATLANTA, GA — Bradley Arant Boult LLP is proud to announce that highly regarded construction partners John I. Spangler III & Deborah Cazan have joined the newly opened Atlanta office.
Mr. Spangler is joining Bradley’s Construction Practice Group from Alston & Bird. He has over 35 years’ experience in construction law, including the negotiation and drafting construction agreements, EPCs, design-builds, program management and engineering agreements. He also represents owners, contractors, and design professionals at arbitrations and jury trials.
Cazan joins the firm as a partner from Alston & Bird’s Construction Practice Group. She has over 20 years’ experience in representing clients in high-profile, complex litigation, arbitration, and mediation of real estate, construction, and development disputes. This includes claims for delays, accelerations, interferences, defective constructions, defective designs, scope changes, and other issues.
