HOUSTON (TX)–Bradley Arant Boult LLP is proud to announce that associates Miatta Echetebu and Samuel P. Gillaspie have joined the firm’s Houston offices. Charles Hutchison, Nick E. McTarnaghan, and Nick E. McTarnaghan are also joining the firm.
As a member in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of the firm, Ms. Echetebu represents a wide range of clients from different industries through the whole business cycle. This includes corporate restructuring and formation as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Gillaspie, a member in the Litigation Practice Group, represents clients on complex litigation issues involving energy and commercial disputes.
Mr. Hutchison also belongs to the Litigation Practice Group of the firm, where he represents his clients in litigation involving commercial, general, liability, insurance, and oil and gas.
Mr. McTarnaghan, a member in Bradley’s Construction Practice Group, represents clients from the construction, transportation, and warehouse industries. He also handles commercial litigation, breach of contract, personal injury defense litigation, and insurance matters.
