BIRMINGHAM (AL)–Bradley Arant Boult LLP is proud to announce the promotion of four attorneys from Birmingham, Alabama to partners, with effect Jan. 1, 2020. Chandler Combest is the new partner. Thomas L. Oliver III and T. Brooks Proctor are also partners.
Mr. Combest, a member in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of the firm, focuses his practice on public financing. He has served as bond counsel and counsel to underwriters on tax-exempt and non-taxed financings across Alabama.
Oliver is a general litigator with a wide range of experience. He has represented clients in diverse industries in matters involving complex commercial, product-liability, construction, real estate, and toxic tort litigation.
Mr. Proctor represents his clients in a wide range of litigation issues, including business torts, contract disputes, general commercial litigation and class actions.
Ms. Ruzic has a wealth of experience in the energy sector, including regulatory and commercial expertise. She advises clients who are involved with natural gas pipelines and other infrastructure on matters relating to location, land acquisition and construction, as well as operations.
