NASHVILLE (TN)–Bradley Arant Boult, Cummings LLP is proud to announce six partners in the firm’s Nashville office. They will be elevated to partner on January 1, 2023. Caleb L. Barron and Connor M. Blair are the new partners. Kimberly M. Ingram–Hogan, Kristina Alleliford, Lauren P. Schick and Brooke Baird Smith are also now partners.

Barron offers advice on a wide range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters for private companies, churches, universities, and government entities. He also prepares the governing documents needed for retirement, deferred and welfare plans. Barron provides advice to employers on benefits issues related to major mergers and acquisitions, as well as state law issues that affect the administration of employee benefits plans. His J.D. was earned by Mr. Barron. Mr. Barron received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He also earned his B.S. The University of Tennessee

Blair is a litigator in complex business, construction and intellectual property disputes. He also practices constitutional law. Blair represents clients in complex business and construction disputes. He has been successful in resolving cases at both the summary judgment and responsive pleading stages. Blair earned his J.D. He received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. From the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

Ms. Ingram Hogan’s practice is focused on complex business litigation, class action defense and appeals in state or federal courts. She provides her clients with high quality advocacy and strategic solutions. She is an expert in intellectual property, competition, ERISA and False Claims Acts, product liability, breach of contract disputes, and business tort. Ms. Ingram Hogan focuses her practice on the drafting of critical motions and appellate briefs. She is also skilled in alternative dispute resolution and regularly represents clients in mediation or arbitration. She graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she also received her B.A. Clemson University.

Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group member, Ms. Reliford concentrates her practice on noncompete litigation, securities investigations and complex business disputes. Her experience includes assisting U.S. companies and international businesses in developing practical solutions to solve disputes as efficiently and quickly as possible. Ms. Reliford is familiar with all aspects of commercial disputes including discovery management, dispositive motions and witness preparation. She has also been involved in important federal trade secret litigation cases. Reliford received her J.D. Fordham University School of Law awarded her J.D. University of Connecticut

Ms. Schick is a regular negotiator and drafter of commercial leases on a national scale for healthcare, retail, and industrial projects. Ms. Schick represents both tenants and landlords, and she is skilled in complex leasing matters. Ms. Schick advises real-estate brokers, property managers and real estate developers on the leasing and management commercial real estate. Numerous franchisees have turned to her for assistance in a range of leasing and commercial real estate-related issues. She is also a Board-Certified Estate Planning Law Specialist through the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. Ms. Schick graduated from the University of Denver Strum College of Law, where she received her B.A. University of Colorado Boulder

Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group member, Ms. Smith advises clients on real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, real property development, and healthcare lending. Ms. Smith represents life insurance companies as well as regional banks and corporate clients in a range of real estate lending and commercial matters. Ms. Smith assists real estate developers in due diligence, acquisition, and entitlement for commercial and residential developments. She earned her J.D. She received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and she also earned her B.S. Lipscomb University
