NASHVILLE (TN)–Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP announces that three of its attorneys in Tennessee will be elevated to the status of partner on Jan. 1, 2020. Ale Dalton is the new partner. Casey L. Miller, Eric Setterlund and Ale Dalton are also partners.
Ms. Dalton, based in Bradley’s Nashville office is a member Bradley’s Healthcare Practice Group. She assists clients from the healthcare industry with a variety of transactional and operational issues, as well as regulatory issues.
She is also based in Nashville and has a varied practice that focuses on business tort litigation. Her work includes contract disputes, claims of fiduciary duty involving corporate officers and directors, intellectual property litigation and securities litigation.
Setterlund is a co-chairman of Bradley’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Group and is based in the firm’s Chattanooga Office. He has a wealth of experience on matters relating to privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
