NASHVILLE (TN)–Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is proud to announce that Ale Dlton has been included in the Hispanic National Bar Association’s 2023 “Top Lawyers Under 40”.
The HNBA/VIA Top 40 Lawyers list honors outstanding lawyers who have shown leadership, professionalism, integrity, dedication to the Hispanic community and a commitment to improving the legal profession. Ms. Dalton will join 33 other honorees from around the country at a special presentation at HNBA/VIA Corporate Counsel Conference, March 10, in Phoenix.
Bradley’s Healthcare Practice Group associate, Ms. Dalton provides strategic advice to clients in mergers and acquisitions. She helps them navigate the complex issues that arise from operating in highly regulated industries. Ms. Dalton was instrumental in the establishment of the Nashville Hispanic Bar Association. She has also worked with organizations that support the advancement and integration of Hispanic students and families in Nashville. Ms. Dalton is also vice-chair of Bradley’s Lawyers of Color Resource Group, and a liaison for Bradley’s Women’s Initiative. Ms. Dalton actively participates in pro bono efforts of the firm and in staffing community-based legal clinics.
