Ms. Cargile, as president, will oversee more than 1,000 top real estate lawyers in the country. Ms. Cargile is an active Fellow and member of ACREL. She has also served as vice president, president elect, and chaired numerous committees. ACREL was founded in 1978 and is dedicated to serving clients, colleagues, and the profession. Ms. Cargile works in the Nashville office as a partner and is a member Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group. She represents all parties in commercial real estate matters, including joint ventures, finance, and leasing. She acts as counsel for landlords and tenants through her national leasing practice. Ms. Cargile also represents lenders when they place financing. She has extensive experience in assisting borrowers to negotiate favorable loan terms and providing strategic advice for projects that are in distress.
