BIRMINGHAM AL–Bressler Amery & Ross P.C. The Daily Report, in its first annual Southeastern Legal Awards, has included Principal Louis Mendez on their list of “On the Rise”. The Daily Report, a daily newspaper that focuses on legal issues in Atlanta Georgia, is known as the Southeastern Legal Awards. The Daily Report, based on its success with the Georgia Legal Awards for many years, expanded to neighboring states North, South Carolina, Mississippi Alabama and Tennessee, forming the first Southeastern Legal Awards. The Awards recognize the best of our profession–individuals and organizations that are leading the way in the legal industry.
Louis is a principal in Bressler’s Insurance and Financial Institutions Practice Groups. He has extensive experience in litigation, including representing insurance companies in disputes over life insurance coverage and interpleader issues, as well as in securities arbitrations, class actions and other commercial disputes. He is also Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, whose work has helped the firm achieve a Midsize Mansfield certification.
