DENVER, CO — Foley Hoag LLP has announced that Brooke Yates is the new Partner in Charge for its Denver office. Yates, in this role, will be responsible for the daily operations of that office with the help of Managing Partners Jim Bucking & Jeff Collins. Yates, in particular, will work closely with the firm’s leadership to grow Denver’s office. He will also champion and support the lawyers and professionals who provide business services and uplift the local communities.
Yates is a member of Foley Hoag’s Insurance Recovery Practice. She represents companies in commercial litigation, construction disputes and multi-party litigation throughout the United States. She advises clients in dispute with their insurers on nearly all aspects of coverage.
