AKRON (OH)–Brouse McCowell is proud to announce that Nicholas P. Capotosto has been elected to the Executive Committee of the firm. Nick has served on the Executive Committee twice, previously from 2015 to 2017. Nick has spent his entire legal career with Brouse McDowell and is the Co-Chairman of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Nick has represented clients in litigation and has extensive experience with business disputes and shareholder conflicts, as well as enforcing agreements against non-competition and defending product liability claims. Nick has been involved in large-scale, complex estate litigation that involves high-net worth clients and businesses.
