AKRON, OH-Brouse McDowell welcomes Marissa Atterholt, Associate in the firm’s Business Transactions and Corporate Counseling Practice Group and Michael Class, Associate in its Insurance Recovery Practice Group. Marissa will be located in the Sharon Pennsylvania office of the firm and Michael in Akron.
Brouse’s Marissa brings with her extensive experience in law firms representing clients from a wide range of industries. Her practice focuses on private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She also handles general business law matters.
Brouse’s Michael brings a wealth of experience in helping individuals and businesses with a wide range of contractual disputes, including residential construction, employment contracts, landlord/tenant agreements and non-compete agreements. He has extensive experience in litigating cases from the beginning to appeals in state and federal courts.
Marissa received her B.S. in magna cumlaude from Westminster College, and her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. University of Akron School of Law. Michael received his B.A. in magna cumlaude from The Ohio State University, and his J.D. from The Ohio State University. The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
