NASHVILLE (TN)–Bruce Buchanan has been reappointed as a liaison to the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA) Verification and Documentation Committee (V&D) for the year 2023-2024.
Buchanan is part of Littler’s Immigration Practice Group and advises employers regarding immigration compliance and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement audits and inspections. He is well-versed in matters relating to employment visas, asylum and I-9 compliance. Buchanan’s employment and labor practice focuses on advising clients on union representation petitions and representing employers in collective negotiations. He also advises on wage and hours, Family and Medical Leave Act and other matters.
