On Dec. 1, 2022, the Municipal Court of the City of Henderson issued Administrative Order (AO) 22-01 adopting local rules of practice in that court related to traffic citations. The order includes multiple rules regarding civil infractions and traffic misdemeanors. The rules become effective January 1, 2023.
Las Vegas Justice Court Issues Order Re: Fees
