Nevada Supreme Court amends rules related to attorney misconduct
On Tuesday, September 26, 2023, the Nevada Supreme Court issued Administrative Order (ADKT) 608, amending Supreme Court Rules (SCRs) 99 through 122, related to attorney misconduct. The amended rules can be found in Exhibit A attached to the order. The changes become effective October 26, 2023.
