BOSTON (MA)–Boston’s Davis Malm law firm announces Charles H. DeBevoise, a shareholder of the firm, has been reelected to the board of directors of the South Eastern Economic Development Corporation. This will take effect on December 6, 2023. It will be his third term on the Board. Mr. DeBevoise, in addition to his Board position, has represented SEED nearly a decade ago in SBA 504 loans transactions.
Mr. DeBevoise has a background in banking, real estate and business law with a focus on debt financing. He represents all lenders, including commercial lenders, credit unions and certified development companies.
