Charlie Raphun will join the firm’s employment and business law teams. His experience in business and transactional legal matters includes knowledge in contracts, intellectual and international business as well as privacy and privacy law. He is a registered Patent Attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a lawyer and a CPA. He was a former military officer and attorney, serving as the Staff Judge Advocate for U.S. Army Reserve Legal Command.
Raphun graduated from the University of Florida, U.S. Army War College and University of North Carolina School of Law.
