LEXINGTON (KY)–Leadership Lexington selected Stites & Harbison attorney Chrisandrea L. Turner to be a part of the Leadership Lexington 2023-24 program. The 11-month program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from and meet with today’s leaders in order to better understand Lexington and its challenges.
Turner is a Partner (Member) in the Lexington office of the firm. She is the Chair of Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group. Her practice is focused on corporate restructuring, adversary proceedings defense and bankruptcy. She represents large creditors, lenders, trade creditor, lessors, lessees and sureties in Chapter 11 cases and complex bankruptcy proceedings around the country. Her litigation practice covers receiverships and fraud in bankruptcy defense, non-dischargement of debt adversaries, and foreclosure.
