Clifford Chance has advised Raiffeisen Bank International, Raiffeisenbank Česká republika, and WOOD & Company, who acted as Joint Global Coordinators (JGCs) for the initial public offering (IPO) of Doosan Škoda Power on the Prague Stock Exchange. Valued at approximately CZK 2.5 billion (including the over-allotment option), this strategic transaction marks a significant milestone for the company and the Czech capital markets.
The IPO, which targeted both institutional and retail investors, including eligible employees, represents a vital step in Doosan Škoda Power’s growth strategy. The funds raised will be allocated to enhancing production capabilities, advancing digitalization efforts, and improving competitiveness in the energy sector.
