NAPERVILLE IL — The Collins Law Firm announces that its $363 million verdict, in Kamuda v. Sterigenics U.S. Inc., et. al. has been named by Top Verdict as the second-highest personal injury verdict for the United States of America in 2022, and the tenth-highest jury verdict across all practice areas, in the United States, in 2022. Collins Law partners Shawn Collins, Edward Manzke, and associate Margaret Galka deserve congratulations for their efforts as part of the trial team which fought to bring justice to Susan Kamuda. They awarded her $38 in compensatory damages, and $325 in punitive damage. The verdict’s size will impact future toxic tort lawsuits.
