The Administrative, Regulatory & Government Law Practice Group advises companies, individuals, professionals, and local governments about the latest regulatory issues in America. The attorneys of the group will act as liaisons with state legislatures and agencies in Washington, as well before administrative bodies and state legislatures across the country.
Patrick Mincey is a partner in the Wilmington office of the firm and will be the Chairperson for the new practice group. He is also the Chair of White Collar Government Investigations & Special Matters Practice Group.
Cranfill Sumner lawyers have assisted individuals, businesses and citizens’ groups, as well as municipalities, in understanding and dealing with government regulations and regulatory action.
