MIAMI FL–Legal powerhouse Podhurst-Orseck, based in Miami, has welcomed Dayron Silberio back as Senior Counsel. Silverio worked for the firm from 2017 to 2018, where he handled products liability, wrongful deaths, personal injury and aviation disaster cases. He then joined the United States Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of Florida (AUSA) as an Assistant U.S. Attorney.
Silverio has extensive trial and courtroom experience. Silverio has handled a number of evidentiary hearings in his career. He has also tried more than a dozen criminal cases and civil lawsuits in state and federal court. Silverio was an Assistant County attorney for Miami-Dade County before joining Podhurst orseck. He represented the County in administrative, federal, and state civil proceedings.
