Diversity Lab has awarded Littler the 2022-2023 Mansfield Certification Plus, for the sixth year in a row.
The certification process was designed to make sure that all lawyers at participating firms have equal and fair opportunities to advance. The “Plus” designator is reserved for law firms that have voluntarily measured the results of their inclusive processes, and achieved positive outcomes.
