ATLANTA, GA – Terry R. Weiss & Stefanie M. wayco are now partners at Duane Morris LLP’s Atlanta office. They will be part of the firm’s Trial Practice Group. Weiss, and Wayco both held shares at Maynard Nexsen PC before joining Duane Morris.
Terry R. Weiss is a securities lawyer with more than 30 years of experience. He has represented clients in all types of disputes, including regulatory and enforcement issues, internal investigations, civil litigation, and arbitrations.
Stefanie M. Wayco is a securities industry professional who represents firms in the financial services, investment advisory, clearing, broker-dealer and other securities industries. She also handles arbitrations, civil litigation, and internal investigations.
