Anna Schroeder, a former employee of Eastman & Smith in Findlay, has returned to the firm. She will be practicing in the firm’s Business Law, Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Practice Groups.
Anna advises clients on many corporate issues, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, privacy protections, and the drafting of contracts of any type. She is often involved in corporate, regulatory, and transactional needs for clients, as well as compliance concerns, within her health care practice. She has also worked on personal estate planning, including drafting wills, powers of attorney, trusts and living wills.
