The Administrative Or (AO) 23-2 was issued by the Eighth Judicial District Court on February 22, 2023. It establishes a court-led committee to review minor guardianship cases. The committee’s purpose is to provide the best service and access justice for minor guardianship case cases.
Judge David Gibson is appointed chair of the committee. The order also lists the members. The order directs the committee to meet its first meeting no later than March 17, 2023.
