The Eighth Judicial District Court issued administrative order (AO) 22-12 on Monday, October 24, 2022. This, according to the court’s blog, “sets forth extended hours for Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada Clerk’s Office in preparation for the general election of Nov. 8. To process any election-related filings, the Clerk’s Office will be open from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Election Day. Electronic filing is encouraged by litigants. The District Court Clerk’s Office may be contacted with questions regarding filings related to elections. All election-related actions filed after Nov. 8 will be heard by judges.
