The Eighth Judicial District Court, , issued Administrative Order 23-04 on July 21, 2023. This order relates to the recording, photographing and filming of non-judicial activities within district courthouses. The order is in effect immediately and prohibits the recording or photographing of non-judicial proceedings within the Eighth Judicial District Court’s courthouses. This includes the ante areas of courtrooms.
