ATLANTA, GA — Eversheds Sutherland announces that R. Todd Silliman is now a partner and Head of US Environmental Practice in its Atlanta office. Mr. Silliman represents his clients in environmental litigation, regulatory compliance and federal, state and municipal environmental laws.
In his nearly 30 years of environmental law practice, Mr. Siliman has been successful in high-profile cases that have involved water, wetlands and endangered species. He also won NEPA and CERCLA. He has worked on major brownfield redevelopments in the US. Chambers USA has ranked him Band 1 for Environmental Law in Georgia.
