NASHVILLE (TN)–The national firm Baker Donelson added Jacob D. Baggett, a former Tennessee Senate Senior Legislative Advisor, as a Public Policy Advisor in its Nashville office.
Mr. Baggett helps companies, associations, and organizations navigate legislative and regulatory issues in Tennessee. He represents clients in industries including manufacturing, health, transportation, automotive and energy. He advises clients who work with the state government to create plans around legislative priorities and initiatives. He also assists companies in negotiating incentives and provides regulatory advice.
