FORT WORTH (TX) — Ty Stimpson is a partner with Varghese Summersett Injury Law Group and has been named 2023 Young Professionals of the Year by Fort Worth Chamber.

The award was presented at the Chamber’s annual Young Professionals Summit, held at TX Whiskey Ranch on August 31, and recognizes Fort Worth’s most promising young professionals. The recipient is a leader in their field, organization and community.

Stimpson stated, “I am deeply honored and grateful for this recognition.” “I want to thank all those who have mentored, challenged, and provided me with an opportunity to serve and lead. I am surrounded every day by leaders who make a significant impact on their community and their profession. It’s an honor to serve with them.”

The Young Professional of the Year Award does not only recognize individual accomplishments. The award recognizes a professional that is a leader in their field, their organization and the greater Fort Worth community. This award is given to someone who excels not only in their field, but also inspires others, encouraging growth, innovation and unity.

Stimpson, a highly regarded trial lawyer who leads Varghese Summersett Injuries Law Group combines his passion and compassion for the law to help people whose lives have been shattered by no fault of theirs.

He has a Master of Law in International and Comparative Sports, a Juris Doctorate from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law of Texas Southern University and a Bachelor of Marketing and Business Administration from Baylor University.

Stimpson’s dedication to community service is evident in his involvement on various boards and as a member of different organizations. Stimpson’s dedication to community service is apparent in his contributions at the following notable organizations:

Jennifer Trevino, the Executive Director of Leadership Fort Worth, an organization that aims to educate, empower, and connect diverse leaders, introduced Stimpson during the award presentation.
