NORFOLK (VA)–Virginia law firm Gentry Locke is proud to announce the opening of a Norfolk office. The new office is located downtown in the World Trade Center Building. Gentry Locke has now opened his fourth office in the Commonwealth.
John M. Scheib joined Gentry Locke in July 2022 as a partner. Melissa O’Boyle joined the firm in January 2023 as a partnership. Scheib, a member the General Commercial Practice Group, is an ex-Chief Legal Officer and Senior Executive at Norfolk Southern Corporation. He has extensive experience in deal-making, regulatory, and business matters and a national reputation in the railroad industry.
