LOUISVILLE (KY)–Governor Andy Beshear appointed Stites & Harbison attorney Jennifer Cave to Kentucky Horse Park Commission. She will hold a term of four years. The commission’s mandate is to provide broad management expertise, direction and representation of the Kentucky Horse Park industry as well as represent the diverse interests.

Cave is a member (Partner) based at the Stites & Harbison office in Louisville, Ky. She has worked as an environmental attorney and consultant in the United States for over 20 years. She is a member in the Environmental, Natural Resources & Energy Service Group of the firm, where she helps businesses comply with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. Cave advises her clients on the air quality, stormwater, waste water and solid and hazardous disposal permitting and compliance requirements. She also defends them in administrative, criminal and civil enforcement actions.
