LOUISVILLE (KY) — Court Appointed Special Advocates of the River Region, a group of attorneys from Stites & Harbison PLLC, has elected Jennifer Henry Jackson, an attorney with Stites & Harbison PLLC, to its board of directors. She will serve for a term of three years. CASA of the River Region is a service organization that serves seven counties in Kentucky: Jefferson, Bullitt and Henry counties, Oldham County, Shelby County, Spencer County, Trimble county, and Trimble County. The organization matches and trains volunteers to speak for the voiceless and neglected children of Family Court.
Jackson is a lawyer based out of the Louisville, Ky. office. She is a part of the White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group, the Torts & Insurance Practice Service Group and the Health Care Service Group. Jackson has handled a variety of litigation cases, including those involving product liability, toxic torts and mass torts; medical malpractice, professional negligence, premises liability; and claims alleging death or serious injury. She defends clients in criminal proceedings at the state and federal level.
