DENVER CO — Perkins Coie announces that Jessica Kaiser has joined its Intellectual Property and Patent Litigation practice as a partner. Kaiser was previously the lead administrative patent judge for the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Jessica joined Perkins Coie after working at Arnold & Porter as a partner, and was co-chair for the firm’s Post-Grant Patent Proceedings Practice. She has extensive expertise in managing intellectual property disputes, including those in the technology and telecommunications sectors as well as in life sciences.
