CHARLOTTE (NC)–Fox Rothschild LLP welcomes John G. Hodnette as Counsel in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department to its Charlotte office.
Hodnette is well versed in the taxation of business. She handles legal challenges throughout the company’s life cycle, from its formation, to its operation, to succession planning, and finally, the exit. He has written and negotiated business documents, such as asset purchase contracts for individuals and companies. He also drafted estate planning that maximizes tax benefits for high net worth individuals.
