CINCINNATI OH — Reminger Co., LPA announces that Joseph Borchelt is now the Managing Partner for our Cincinnati, Ohio Office.
Joe joined Reminger as a partner in 2007 and has been with the firm since 2002. He is the chair of Reminger’s Employment Practices Group and focuses on professional liability defense as well as employment practices liability. Joe has an active docket, representing clients in employment disputes, including claims and lawsuits for employment discrimination and wrongful termination. He also represents clients with respect to Title VII, R.C., and Title VII. 4112 claims, retaliation, non-competition/non-solicitation agreements, and other statutory claims under the FMLA, FLSA and NLRA. He represents other professionals, including dentists, psychiatrists, psychologists, real-estate agents, board members and officers, accountants, financial advisers, lawyers, and others in liability cases.
