SANTA ANA (CA)–Judicate West is one of California’s top providers of private dispute settlement services. It has now added Judge John G. Evans to its list of neutrals. He was previously with the Riverside County Superior Court. Judge Evans, based in Santa Ana, is available to serve as a private judge, mediator or arbitrator throughout California.
In 2008, Evans was appointed to the Superior Court Bench by then-Gov. Judge Evans was appointed to the Riverside County Superior Court Bench by Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2008. He has presided over civil jury trials involving employment disputes, construction defects and negligence, insurance, contract disputes, and insurance claims. Judge Evans served as a probate court judge for six years, hearing trials concerning guardianships, conservatorships, trusts, and estates of decedents. These trials ranged from small estates up to estates exceeding $60 million dollars.
