Las Vegas Justice Court implements rule prohibiting photography, filming, or recording

The Las Vegas Township Justice Court published administrative order 23-05 on August 9, 2023. This is a supplement to the Eighth Judicial District Court AO 23-04. The order prohibits the use of cameras, video recorders, and other recording devices in public areas at the Las Vegas Justice Court, unless the chief judge or the court administrator has given permission. A requestor can request approval by submitting a written request no later than 24 hour before the requested date. The order becomes effective immediately.
