On October 8, 2024, the Las Vegas Township Justice Court filed Administrative Order (AO) 24-04, which states that if a misdemeanor citation contains an order to appear in court on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or court holiday, that misdemeanor citation will be administratively dismissed without prejudice as deficient under NRS 171.1773. The order is effective immediately.
