The seventh modified version of Administrative Order 18-04 was released by the Las Vegas Township Justice Court on Monday, January 9, 2023. This document contains guidelines for administrative own recognizance release in that court.
This order lists guidelines regarding the types of arrests and charges that a person can typically be released from, including probable cause misdemeanors (with some exceptions), and non-violent gross and/or felonies.
