PHOENIX (AZ)–Littler has hired Jacqueline Langland, the latest attorney in its Phoenix office. Littler is the largest employment and labor practice representing management in the world. Langland is an associate who joins from Jackson Lewis. She’s one of the recent hires in the Phoenix office, along with Shareholder Laurent Badoux.

Langland’s entire legal career has been dedicated to representing employers, members of management and other business owners in the area of employment and labor laws. She defends administrative charges and lawsuits alleging violations of federal, state and locally-enforced employment laws such as Title VII of Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Arizona Civil Rights Act. Langland devotes a large part of her practice to litigation prevention. She provides daily advice and counsel on such issues as accommodations, disciplinary action, terminations and other employment matters. Langland helps employers implement policies in the best way possible, and ensures that they are applied consistently and appropriately. She also trains members of management and staff.
